Legalize Cannabis Oil in North Carolina

My boyfriend, who is also the love of my life, has a very rare type of spinal cancer called Anaplastic Opedeymoma, there are only 18 people in the entire world to have this type of cancer. He has been through hell and back with this terrible disease and is now paralyzed and getting sicker everyday. He is running out of options and researching this oil has made me really want to take action and do everything I can to make this happen. It could be his cure and many other citizens cure as well. He is the best person I have ever known and I am not willing to lose him. This is my last chance. If this gets legalized, this could be lifechanging!
