The time has come to legalize recreational use of marijuana in Illinois. They've done it in Colorado and Washington. Why not here?
Why is this important?
I'm convinced based on personal experience, literature review and countless documentaries that substances like alcohol and cigarettes and far away more harmful than marijuana.
