Legalize, decriminalize, and allow home grown marijuana in Pennsylvania. Also pardon marijuana offenders whose lives we ruined by the war on the plant.
Why is this important?
Legalize Medical Cannabis immediately for Pennsylvanians. Decriminalize simple possession for anyone who uses cannabis for medical reasons, and allow patients to grow their own medicine safely and cost effectively at home.
We also ask that you pardon patients who have previously had legal issues involving cannabis.
On Cannabis Day 4/20/2105, We are going to hold a press conference and deliver personalized folders to every representative in the house of representatives that includes the names and comments from the constituents oftheir district plus a few educational articles.
