Legalize Medical Marijuana At The Federal Level

Legalizing medical marijuana at the federal level would end the question of state vs. federal law. It would end raids on the dispensaries. It would allow people on Social Security Disability to have a card without fear of losing benefits. It could create jobs and generate revenue.

Reasons for signing

  • Criminalize nicotine. No brainer
  • My Daughter has PTSD and severe anxiety. She was on pharma drugs with side affects and addiction. She is now off all those and uses CBD/Cannabis and is able to function and concur her panic attacks. In the crisis of covid-19 she can not afford her cannabis medication. We need to make this federally legal so patient will eventually be covered under their insurance.
  • I suffer from autoimmune disease, after taking numerous medications with horrible side effects, CBD oil only thing that helps!! My daughter has epilepsy with no improvement with medication and the medication alone is $600 month but CBD/Marijuana is huge benefit in controlling her seizures... it’s not about getting high, it’s about saving lives!!!!
