Allow marijuana growers to sell produce to authorized marijuana dispensaries. Allow anyone over age 21 to buy and use marijuana without fear of arrest.
Why is this important?
Good business people want to provide safe and useful marijuana to people who want it and need it, but they are afraid of being arrested. The State could acquire tax revenue instead of wasting tax money on enforcing laws that turn regular citizens into criminals. This would allow proper growing, manufacturing and sale of cannabis for medical and recreational use.
