Ask the Illinois legislature to put on the 2016 election ballot a binding referendum that asks, "should recreational marijuana be legal in Illinois?"
Why is this important?
We want Illinois legislators to ask the question, "shall recreational marijuana be legal in the state of Illinois for adults 21 and older?" on a state-wide referendum.
