The House and the Senate Need a MAJOR overhaul!
Why is this important?
The legislative branch of government is stuck, corrupt, ineffective and needs to be overhauled. Many Senators and Congressman have criminal records, and should be subjected to the same standards of all other government employees. Their pay should be based on their ability to be effective.
