Place a national option on the 2016 election for voters to place 2 term limits on all congressional / legislative positions.
Why is this important?
We need to remove career politicians, avoid long time deals between congressional members and special interest groups. Allow a wider range of americans to be involved in the government we elect. Congress / legislators will never pass legislation to limit their own control.
