Boston City Councillor Charles C. Yancey, let the Bio Safety Level 4 (BSL-4) lab in the city of Boston open.

Why is this important?

I'm starting this petition because I personally believe that the BSL-4 is completely safe and it will be very good for the city of Boston and the surrounding areas. This facility will attract the best and brightest from around the World and will make our great city a leader in the Biotech field.

The facility has already gone through rigorous state and federal safety approvals and I believe Councillor Yancey is overreaching his mandate by trying to prevent the opening of this facility.
