Hold a special election so the People of Richmond may decide who will represent them on our City Council.
Why is this important?
Last election the people of Richmond elected Gary Bell to lead them on our city council. Now, special interests are trying to force the appointment of their losing candidate to replace Mr. Bell who is unable to take his seat. Local media, civic leaders, and many residents all support a special election to ensure that democracy prevails.
