To: The Georgia State House, The Georgia State Senate, and Governor Brian Kemp

Let the People decide on common-sense Gun Safety regulations.

NRA special interest in the Federal Government holds the country in a chokehold. We call on all State Legislatures to include Common Sense Gun Safety regulations as ballot measures in the November 2016 General Election. We ask of all State Legislatures to include measures including:
- no-fly-no-buy;
- closing the gun show and online sales loopholes;
- banning assault weapons and banning large-capacity clips.

Why is this important?

Following the horrific attack in Orlando, and following scores of equally horrifying attacks throughout the nation, caused by easy access to assault weapons, ineffective background check regulations, and unrestricted access to weapons for suspected terrorists, it is time to ACT. If Congress finds itself under the control of NRA lobbyists, it is time for the American People to have a voice in this matter through common-sense ballot measures.
