Save the Social Security without cutting the benefits to eligible individuals. In the past Government used the Trust Fund for other non-social security issues and benefited. In order to strengthen the social security, it is the time for the Congress to close the excessive uses of tax escaping measures, such as off-shoring profits, treatment of Dividend Carrying Interest.... which are similar to President Reagan's tax policies at his first term. A big mistake!
