Require installing wi-fi web cams in a representative sample of CAFOs, paid for by the state, and post the live stream on the website of the state department of agriculture.
Why is this important?
In Iowa it is illegal to visit a CAFO and take photographs or videos of the animals and the conditions in which they live. I want this reversed.
