Legalize the use of Low Speed Vehicles on local town roads by the use of 35 MPH instead of 40 MPH zones .
Why is this important?
Low Speed Vehicles can only be used on 35 MPH or less roads. If all the town roads that are 40 MPH , there are very few, were changed to 35MPH we would be able to shop locally and do all our town errands using a G,E.M. electric car.
Nation wide we would save a lot of gasoline . I would be able to save hundreds of dollars every month and get rid of one car .
