We the undersigned do hereby petition the government of Kansas to allow the Medical Marijuana issue to be resolved by the people, not the legislature. We ask that the power to decide if Kansas is a Medical Marijuana state be given to the people.
Why is this important?
Currently only the legislature can pass Medical Marijuana Laws. The only way to be heard is to contact your local representatives. We need current laws for a modern world. Change the structure of our legislative process to include the people. Allow the issue to be put to a vote for all Kansans to decide.
