Two steps toward reducing use of lethal force, no matter your race. We need to demand that any Police interaction that has a fatal result is automatically brought to trial, to either justify use of lethal force, or to face justice. Second step is that all Police Departments need to have as policy that lethal force is a last result to be used only when non lethal options have been tried and failed.

This addresses the pervasive complacency regarding the use of lethal force by police across the nation and the mistrust and fear the seeming lack of justice it has created.
