How many more people have to die before we become a "civilized country"?
July 20, 2012; 12 people killed in a movie theater in Colorado.
December 11, 2012; 2 people killed in a mall in Oregon.
December 15, 2012; 27 people killed in a school in Connecticut.
We should be able to go on with our lives without fearing to be killed, whether it be in a movie theater, a shopping mall, a school, or anywhere else.
It is time that our country enters the 21st Century.
The false use of the second amendment to further an agenda without taking into consideration the damage that it is causing to our society needs to stop.
It is time to ban the possession of semi-automatic weapons.
