When a piece of legislation is altered by adding on things that have nothing to do with the actual bill, it is like an end-run around the people. Adding an "end Obama care" amendment to the farm bill is ridiculous! Let's decide on a bill and end this practice of adding things on that we are not told about up front. It is a child's game played by dishonest legislators.
Why is this important?
I am so very tired of hearing about add-ons to actual legislation.
An example would be the Republicans adding a "Stop Obama Care" amendment to the Farm bill.
