One important thing lacking in our Pledge of Allegiance is the word "responsibility". I would like to see it included in the last phrase as follows: with liberty, justice and responsibility for all.
Why is this important?
Without pledging responsibility citizens of the United States of America are just repeating a lot of words that don't require them to take continuous action toward the betterment of our country.
