Lower the tuition cost in Mississippi
Why is this important?
We the undersigned citizens of Mississippi do hereby voice our objection to the tuition increase plan submitted by Governor By\ryant and the State University System. We believe this plan will supress the low income and the working families to get a descent education or get into massive debt.
