Amend the Texas Family Code and require all Social Study Evaluators be licensed. Do not allow an exception to those counties under 500,000.
Why is this important?
The State of Texas allows unlicensed evaluators to work in counties of less than 500,000. These are the people making recommendations on custody during divorce and adoption.
