For those with heath care insurance limit deductibles (ie. in-patient, out-patient) to $25 and co-pays to $5 (Dr. visits, perscription drugs, physical therapy, etc.)
Why is this important?
Many people with health insurance pay hundreds or more for the imployee portion of health insurance yet when they access services they have to pay again through deductibles and co-pays. This has resulted in insured individual not using vital health care services because tehy can not pay the decutibles or co-pay. This proposal would limit deductibles to $25 and co-pays to $5.
