Enforce State Alimony time-limit laws with little to no manipulation by judges discretion and or bias
Why is this important?
Was in a short term marriage of 7.5 years and six (6) year since my divorce the Monterey county family court still rules that I should continue paying exorbitant Alimony for a well bodied, college educated ex spouse.
