Career politicians end up trying to please those other than within their own political districts. Term limitations would dissolve long term relationships that have adverse effects on those in the house or senate districts. A continual flow of fresh faces would have a positive affect on those represented and would limit the establishing of long term influencing contributors.
Why is this important?
Career politicians get into the "political" network and lose site of what is important to the people of the United States.
