The Presidential Pardon should not be used by a sitting president who may has committed a crime to pardon people who were complicit with him.
A pardon should not be allowed to be used for presidential consultants who are related to the president-- those who should not have been allowed to serve in government due to nepotism precedents.
Why is this important?
By passing this law, it would help the special prosecutor flip persons of interest.
It would prevent guilty people who are related to the president from the consequences and penalties based on their crimes. And would stop future abuses of power.
