to limit CEO compensation to 4x the average of the workers wages in that particular non -profit organization.
Why is this important?
CEO's of non profits should not make more than 4x the average salary of their workforce. This is light of their taking of public monies to fund their organizations. This includes hospitals and nursing homes who use medicaid as one of their funding sources. It's not fair that they will cut people in their organization to keep their own overblown salaries.
