Congress to enact legislation to prohibit the practice of raising the sound volume of commercials and advertising on televison and radio on public airwaves.
Why is this important?
Petition the the FCC to eliminate the television networks both locally and nationally from raising the volume of television and radio programs during commercials. This practice is both an abuse of the airwaves and causes unnecessary actions of the viewer to constantly adjust the sound to avoid unnecessary high volumes.
