My sister was given a surgery she didn't need. My sister was mentally challenged. Instead of addressing her true problem they did an unnecessary hysterectomy. She died two days later. We are a family of 10 children, 3 of us are Registered Nurses. We have been fighting with this hospital: Brotman in Culver City. She died on July 5, 2006 and no one called to say she was dying.
