Pass a law giving the president of the United States a LIne Item veto.
Why is this important?
Both sides of the aisle have, will or are screaming about the National Debt and the need to get it lower yet they refuse to even look at the number one best tool toward a balanced budget - a line item veto. Every past President has lamented not having one but Congress will not listen
