Lottery Funds for NV Schools.

In April CA joins PowerBall, that leaves NV as one of only 5 states with no Lottery. The two highest grossing Lotto sites in CA are both on the CA/NV border. Our schools are 50th while we support CA schools with hundreds of million of dollars. We don't have to reinvent the wheel, just join PowerBall. Sell tickets at all NV casinos. It's a win win situation, NV schools, NV casinos, NV citizens. Why be grouped with Utah,Wyoming, Alabama, & Mississippi as the only losers?
