In order to save on use of fossil fuels and air pollution we need to lower our speed limits to a more efficient 50 to 55 mph.
Why is this important?
We are trying to do many things to conserve and produce energy in the USA. A simple step would be to immediately lower the speed limits to conserve fuel.
