Magnesium Presidential coins

Stop the needless minting of worthless coins, rejected by the public, for the past 5 years.

Why is this important?

to eliminate constant pork barrel spending. Jack Reed chaired a bill to manufacture magnesium presidential coins because he felt they would be gathered up by the pub as investments.
Not only were these coins rejected overwhelmingly, they are being minted 24/7, and a new building has been built to store millions of bags of these worthless coins. The senate has slowed down the process by 20%, but intend to return to 100% minting after the first quarter. This is absurd! And Reed is from RI to make matters worse!
