We the residents of Whitecaps in Kenosha, WI are requesting that either the community mailboxes to be either moved to the individual homes or to be turned around to allow complete access from the sidewalk. Currently the post office boxes are located in a fashion as to not allow legal access. You either have to walk into the street to access them which puts your life in danger from oncoming traffic or you have to drive in the wrong direction with your vehicle and pull up to the mail box to check your mail which is also a law violation. We require that because how the mail boxes are currently position and located they are dangerous and illegal to access. So we demand that the post office take action.
