I suggest replacing the current process of residency in all the Maine Clinics and Hospitals (MMC - one of such examples), where the medical students go through this teaching process, with the process when every patient supposed to be seen by the Attending Physician and medical student at the same time in order for students to Learn How to Treat the Patients Professionally.. (in all aspects).
