Individuals who own handguns for target practice will leave their handgun at the designated handgun range and be provided the handgun under supervision of the manager of the shooting range. No individual, other than the owner may use the gun unless accompanied by the owner of the gun, and meets any other requirements enacted in law.
Why is this important?
if handguns are owned for target practice, I think they should be maintained in at the range and not allowed out. You pay to locker your gun and can only receive it under supervision.
