Majority Rules
Resolved that the U.S. Senate abolish its existing rule on Filibuster as its first matter of business in the next Congress to return the Senate to a "Majority Rule" vote.
Why is this important?
Commit the Democratic Senate leadership to rescinding its rule on Filibuster resulting in a "Majority Rules" order for conducting business as the first matter of business of the Senate in the new Congress!
