NYC schools just added another holiday to the school year. 9/11 was not one of them. Why?
Why is this important?
Many lives were lost on this horrific day, 9/11/01. This day should be a Holiday so that we can honor ALL of the lives that were taken from us. You want us to teach our children about that day, then why not start with a day to honor them.
