Make 75% Pure Salvage Built Housing Tax Free

I am asking Americans to join me at a grassroots level to solve many problems all at once, locally, not with any outside help. I believe we can do this if we stop filling our landfills with high quality building materials. We can create tax breaks for salvage users and reduce the waste by taxing those who throw away the best of the resources we ever had, thus they will never be used again. If the giant landfills do not have to pay a tax for storing all of those building materials, then why should anyone who builds their house out of 75% Pure Salvaged material? 51% of our land fills are building materials we have taken from the planet already. If I build a house of it, why should anyone be taxed for saving trash and living in it?
I want the tax break for people who use over 75% American Salvaged building materials that are waiting to be turned back into modern energy efficient housing. These homes will last for 150 years, be portable to go with people for the rest of their lives, and be free of plastics, vinyls, sheetrock, glues, formaldehyde, VOC's, latex paints, and many other toxic chemicals inherent with nearly all modern housing materials today.
We can not survive on imports and oil based plastics, fuels, and chemicals indefinately, so why not add the incentive to save what we have, from furniture to dishes, clothes to tools, and stop taking more from the Earth. Let us focus on saving these unreplacable assets for the generations we leave behind.
This creates new industry that is not global corporation controlled and gives the average person a chance of building a house that will last a lifetime and be safe to raise their children in without it being taxed away from them. We need to give everyone the incentive to preserve, conserve, and become a self sufficient nation once again, as much as we possibly can.
We can create and use a tax incentive, to free up those resources for anyone to build homes with them. We need to charge tax on those who would waste the last of what we have when it is so easy to donate it, salvage it, or pass it on to those who will use it as a bartered exchange. Then these treasure troves of invaluable American resources that can not be replaced will stay in service for another century or two.
We can create a future for our children while paying respect to the incredible human energy it took our ancestors to create the wonderful hardware, windows, furniture, and much more. It teaches our children of today that they can make a difference with their own hands and minds again, not just work in a restaurant or as a drone.
This Pure Salvage Living Movement thus gives us a venue to download the knowledge about how to build something to last from the elderly who are now passing away to the young before it is too late, and give the younger generations a reason to learn these life skills that are about to be lost.
I want people to be able to build Tiny Houses without zoning restrictions to minimum sizes of 700-1,000 square feet to support banks, insurance companies, and big home builders.
I want the chance for people to build tiny like minded villages to retire in, or grow with yet be able to move their homes with them without fear of being taxed out of it, or having the energy costs, maintenance, or built in obsolescence to take them out of it down the road.
I want to use these incredible quality building materials from the past to build houses that we are only stewerds of during our lifetime in them and then pass along that honor to the next generations with a house that can survive the ages.
It sounds like fantacy, but now I have created dozens upon dozens of examples and proven it is possible with Tiny Texas Houses,
I believe we can replicate this process a thousand fold in a year because the human energy, materials, and need is distributed and ready for activation with Pure Salvage Living Outposts that can sprout up in communities where there are large numbers of old dilapidated houses. The movement only needs a catalyst, a national recognition that there is a way out, and it could happen nearly instantly. Once empowered, there will be no stopping our nation from re-energizing the American spirit with all American fuel, our natural resources revived, and our future assured if we can just join together once more.
I have nearly perfected the design over the last 60 houses I have built from 99% Pure Salvage. I have over 30 years in the world of Salvage and truly believe that this is a path for our country that should not just be ignored, it should be at the forefront of our proposals for turning our country around and headed back toward self sufficiency instead of import oriented consumerism for the next century.
We need to incentivize the housing industry to move in a direction of Pure Salvage Living and Healthy Houses that are not full of known toxins that will effect our children and the rest of us for the rest of our lives while we still have this...

Why is this important?

I want your help in building housing for the new society of 76,000,000 downsizing baby boomers out of 100% American grown trees, 100% American Mined ore, with hardware, doors, windows, and everything else made by our forefathers, salvaged from our treasure troves of natural resources, with the human energy of people doing the work who all happen to live in America.
Let us abandon subsidizing the global corporations and foreign countries and let people build Tiny Houses from Salvage materials that should never be taxed for the rest of the time they are in service as a home rather than being in the landfill.
Change the zoning laws to accomodate downsizing and sharing our ground with others who want to downsize instead of restricting land use through zoning that prohibits the movement toward saving our country and planet by reducing our carbon footprint, our taking from the planet.
