Make Bank of America help the 80 year old widow & retired school teacher regain her home.

Tell Bank of America to reverse the foreclosure of her house and give this widowed woman and retired school teacher the loan modification that she has been trying to get since 2009.
She has been repeatedly misled, misinformed, and lied to while ring shuffled from bank representative to bank representative. She has been repeatedly disappointed and dismayed with how the banks' Office of the CEO has treated her and wants to be communicated with honestly and fairly.
She cannot believe that the banking industry has deteriorated in this way and wonders why they have chosen to treat fellow human beings so disrespectfully.
Please sign this petition so that we can send a message to the CEO of Bank of America - treating people in this way is unfair and cruel. Evicting an 80 year old widow from her home, while assuring her that she will not be evicted while the bank "reviews paperwork" is wrong.
Make the bank take notice, if they will do this to an 80 year old widow and retired school teacher, what will they do to you?

Why is this important?

This petition is about doing the right thing, about helping another person who is in need and about reminding a bank that people DO matter.
