We must insist on responsiblity in congress. How do we the people know what is truly going on if the Filibuster is not required to be public and the person responsible does not have to explain themselves.
Lets take back our country...or stop complaining how it is run.
Why is this important?
Remember the movie with Jimmy Stewart where he filibustered for days trying to get the vote. Well Senators don't do that any more. They don't even have to be present to stop a bill.
We the People need to know who is against what and Why......
It is time we require congress to explain who is holding up a bill and WHY... How can be be informed if the system is completely secret. Please join me in helping congress explain thier position.
