Make Marriage equality a federal issue

Due to the constant struggle by the lgbt community to be recognized as equal citizens of the unite states. It has become necessary to end the battle and rely on the U.S. constitution which states that all men are create equal. The right to marriage equality is a federal issue and all 50 states should be forced to recognize and allow marriage equality as it is a civil right for all.

Why is this important?

Marriage equality is a civil right which is equated in our federal constitution. No one should have the right to vote for or against civil rights. Each state should follow the constitution and allow legal marriage equality. The polls show its acceptance and recent court actions prove it.
