We currently have a same sex union law here in Nevada that went into effect in 2009. While it is a consolation to many, there are many others who feel singled out and labeled by this move. Why is this important?
My petition is about equal rights for equal folks. I also believe that this move will cause an immediate impact on the local economy of Las Vegas, Nevada considering all of the marriages that occur there already.
