I did not know in this day and age, that it would be arduous and nearly impossible to consolidate my children's and my own school loans. Now my credit score is ruined. The Feds need to clean the slates and make it easier for students to repay their loans.
Why is this important?
I can't refinance my house. I can't buy a brand new car. I can't get low interest rates on anything, all because I have many school loans that I signed and co-signed for myself, my niece and my two children. I am unable to consolidate because so many loan collectors are involved with the process. Not any of them knows exactly how to help with the consolidation of those loans. I don't know where to go and who to ask for assistance. My finances are ruined!
