This petition is to fight back against T-Mobile's bad phones, bad customer service and bad customer satification. If your tired of being charged for defected phones, dissapearing contacts, in & out internet service when you pay for unlimited. The fact is we as customers are tired of being taken advantage of and ignored. If you're a t-mobile customer who doesn't get good service, has consistant malfunctions with your phone, dissapearing contacts and sim card issues.
