Make wallstreet Fair

Two practices on wallstreet rig the game against middle class investors. First is when a stock trader sells stock they don't own forcing the price per share to drop, then using the money from the sale of the shares to buy those shares back at a lower price and keeping the difference. Second executive stock options allow executives to use corporate funds to buy back stock to give to themselves as stock options, this practice drives up the price of stock increasing thier compensation, while preventing dividens to middleclass stock holders who have know way of knowing when this is going to hapen, clearly a form of insider trading. By forcing executives to make decisions based on profit sharing not stock options, middle class stock holders will be protcted from this practice which makes excutives richer while driving their corporations into bankrupcy.

Why is this important?

1 stocks being sold must have been paid for by the seller, this would make short selling illeagal, particularly "super short selling" 2 Executive stock option's should be as illeagal as insider trading, any additional excutive compensation beyond their base salary must come from profit sharing.
