Making every vote count

Replace the Electoral College with a popular vote election so that every state is as important as another and to insure that YOUR vote matters.

Why is this important?

In states that are far left or right all the votes cast will go to elect the president of the majority party regardless of the votes of the minority. The Electoral College should be replaced by a popular vote election or at least by a percentage vote whereas the delegates of the state are awarded according to the percentage of votes casts for each candidate.
