Making every vote count in Pima County, Arizona

I see petitions to be sure every vote counts in Maricopa County, Arizona. As a poll worker in Pima County, I notice that we also had an extremely high percentage of provisional ballots as well. My request is that these ballots are ALL counted. Since it was the Recorder's office that had "glitches" and directed so many people to vote provisional, I believe every one of these ballots should count. It was the Recorder's office that directed these people to vote provisional, the Recorder's office should accordingly consider every one of these provisional ballots as valid.
