4 months ago I called the 911 because my spouse made multiple threats & gestures to kill himself. Upon arrival the police officers harassed, taunted & provoked him when their job was to get him (safely) to the nearest ER for a psychiatric evaluation. Instead, they kicked, punched & choked him WHILE BEING HANDCUFFED onto a pole attached to a wall (there is a video of this occurrence). In the police station, they allowed my spouse to harm himself & never sought to get him medical or psychiatric help. How is it that the police are able to get away with such heinous crimes? Our son is now without a father & with no time frame of when he's coming home.
