Mandate parent involvement for failing students
Mandate parent/guardian involvement of failing students to support the mandate of students attending public school.
Why is this important?
Nationally our public school systems are failing our students. Parent involvement is not mandated. Our nations student's are required to attend school - but parents/guardians of failing students are not required to actively engage and support the learning process. Demand that Congress pass legislation that requires all parents of failing students to partner with the school system to support student achievement.
