For the lenders that do not have interest in helping homeowners stay in their homes; we must make loan modifications and or participation in current Federal/State programs mandatory for struggling homeowners. Although the economic indicators show things are getting better, the truth is, many homeowners are still fighting to make their payments and keep their homes. Let's make sure that ALL lenders must make homes affordable and make it MANDATORY to work with the aforementioned homeowners, by modifying and/or participating in Federal programs (to help homeowners) already in place.
